Acrobatics is an opportunity to strengthen ties between children and caregivers. In this meeting we will explore circus elements such as strength, flexibility, listening and attention, through toll (double/group acrobatics). You don't need to have any previous relationship with the circus, just be available to discover the possibilities of exchange between your body and your offspring.
The workshop was held in person in 2019 and January 2020, at the Lingua da Vertebra Workshop Cycles and at the Moventes Show organized by Ateliê Ecoar.

Acrobacinas is an invitation to active family time through the art of circus. Parents and children will learn basic acrobalance techniques in this playful workshop exercising physically in flexibility and core as well as emotionally as this discipline involves trust and focus. No previous circus or any physical skills are required.
This workshop has been held at Escola Angel Vianna and at Teatro Cacilda Becker as well as public spaces in Rio de Janeiro in 2019-2020.
